BoMed delivers its modules with a software to display a patient's TEB-measured parameters. The example is below. The user can also write his own capture-and-display software, should he need only certain selected parameters to be displayed. The details of Communication Protocol are described in product's Operator's Manual. Both the software and the Manual are on a DVD, which is a part of the Module package.
Analog signals displayed (from top to bottom):
dZ/dt (an image of aortic blood flow),
Z (aortic compliance = an approximate image of aortic blood pressure),
ZResp per heartbeat.
Explanation of measured parameters:
HR = Heart Rate; VET = Ventricular Ejection Time; PEP = Pre-Ejection Period; TFC = Thoracic Fluid Conductivity; EPCI = Ejection Phase Contractility Index; ISI = Inotropic State Index; EF = Ejection Fraction (Estimate); SI = Stroke Index; CI = Cardiac Index; RR = Respiratory Rate, VEPT = Volume of Electrically Participating Tissues
